Delivery Targets in New Zealand

For fast and secure delivery, we use couriers for all orders delivered nationwide in New Zealand. We use a tracked non-signature service for deliveries, and most orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the next working day.

Delivery to rural or remote addresses may take an additional 1-2 days, while larger orders (such as 3 or more wine coolers) may also take longer due to size restrictions on the overnight courier service. Please note that delivery targets are a guide only and we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the estimated time. However, we will do our best to get your Sven's product to you as soon as possible.

New Zealand Delivery Methods and Rates

We use a tracked non-signature courier service for all deliveries within New Zealand.

Service Cost

  • Free Shipping on all New Zealand orders $49.99+
  • Overnight delivery - courier tracked, non signature $6.99
  • Rural delivery - courier tracked, non signature $11.55

In rare cases, such as deliveries to offshore islands, there may be additional delivery charges. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly to discuss once we have received your order.

If you are unable to accept delivery, provide an incorrect address, or no one is available to accept the goods, it becomes the buyer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery or personal collection from their courier depot.

International Delivery

For international deliveries, we use New Zealand Post International, a tracked signature service. Delivery times typically range from 2-10 working days, depending on the country.

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the individual products. Please note that we require a residential address for international deliveries and cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, as deliveries must be signed for. If you would like your delivery left in a safe place, please contact New Zealand Post once we have processed your order and sent you a tracking link.

Please be aware that some countries may charge additional duties or fees for overseas purchases, which are not covered by our shipping costs. The estimated shipping times for each country are provided as a guide only and may vary.
